TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The gold rate used by ‘Mayur jewellers will be in terms of the 22 carat gold rate prevailing in a particular market. The above said factor may fluctuate depending on regional variations and the same will be updated as and when altered. The ultimate and complete right to modify the gold rate will be vested with ‘Mayur jewellers
Customers must be at least 18 years old to join the scheme
1. OTP verification is implemented at the time of user login to the app
2. The OTP is generated and sent to the registered mobile number or email address provided by the user.
3. Users are required to enter the OTP to authenticate their identity and access the app.
4. OTPs are single-use and time-sensitive for security purposes.
5. Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of the OTP received.
6. KYC (Know Your Customer) registration is mandatory for all users.
7. Users must provide valid identification and address proof during the KYC registration process.
8. KYC documents provided by users are verified by the app administration for authenticity.
9. Access to certain features or services within the app may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
10.Users agree to comply with KYC requirements and provide accurate information during registration and verification processes.
11. The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with incomplete or fraudulent KYC information.

Without prejudice to the provisions above, Clients agree to immediately inform Mayur jewellers in writing if they suspect or discover any unauthorised use of the Client’s ID, password or login credentials, or notice any discrepancies that may be attributable to such unauthorised access, or discover a security flaw in “Mayur jewellers” service system available on the Platform (“Scheme System”). Clients shall provide Mayur jewellers with complete details of such unauthorised use, including the date of such unauthorised use, the manner in which it occurred, the transactions effected pursuant to such unauthorised use, etc. Clients also agree to inform Mayur jewellers immediately if they are unable to retrieve their password or login credentials even after going through with the ‘Forgot Password” reset procedure.
15 The scheme offers the customer to redeem the above said deposit in terms of jewellery or other products displayed in the platform from Mayur jewellers Vijayawada. The displayed products may change from time to time.
TRUSTABLE BENEFICIAL VALUABLE (TBV) ADVANCE INSTALMENT GOLD PURCHASE PLAN
1. The duration of the plan will be 12th (Twelve) months from the date of commencement of the advance instalment gold purchase plan.
2. The monthly advance amount for the plans is Rs.3,000/-, Rs.5,000/-, Rs.10,000/-as per the choice of the member.
3. By entering into the “Advance Instalment Gold Purchase Plan”, it is understood that the monthly amount paid by the member is for the purchase of the jewellery only and not treated as loans/ deposit.
4. The member should pay the monthly advance instalment amount continuously for 11 months on or before 5th of every calendar month.
5. Instalments can be paid in form of cash/ cheque in Favor of “MAYUR JEWELLERS” at our premises or by using our mobile application for obtaining valid receipt and Instalment update in case of online Bank transfer, the member should inform the payment particulars through phone message or WhatsApp message mentioning the instalment card details.
6. The member has to bring the Instalment card every month while making payments if using our mobile application your ledger will updated in our app After completion of the monthly advance instalments, the member should bring the instalment card to claim the gold purchase.
7. In case of loss of instalment card, the member must have to intimate immediately in the showroom.
8. If the member fails to pay the instalment amount regularly, the plan will be extended from every defaulted instalment and the amount will be accepted only, for the defaulted instalment and not the continuous period of defaulted instalment. If the member wants to discontinue the plan at any time, the member will get the refund of the amount paid by the member by way of cheque without any plan benefits.
9. The monthly Advance instalment plan is not transferable.
10. If the member purchases gold jewellery more than the accumulated gold value of the advance gold purchase plan, the member shall pay the gold rate as well as full value addition for the excess weight purchased. 11. Gold Ornaments can be purchased after completion of 365 days and gold purchase rate will be existing rate on the date of purchase. GST is applicable.
12. Terms and Conditions can be altered, amended, added or deleted as per prevailing rules of state and Central Government and the Management decision is final.
13. Disputes if any shall be subject to the Vijayawada jurisdiction only.
14. The member should bring a valid photo I.D Proof at the time of joining of the plan or he/she can join through our mobile application
15. Gold Ornaments Purchased under scheme cannot be exchanged.

8. If the member fails to pay monthly instalment plan the plan will be extended from every commenced plan instalment and the amount will be accepted only for the default instalment month not the continuous period of default instalment month
9. The monthly Advance Instalment Gold Purchase Plan is not transferable.
10. If the member purchases gold jewellery more than the accumulated gold value of the Advance Instalment Gold Conversion Purchase Plan, the member shall pay the gold rate as well as full value addition for the excess weight purchase.
11. Under the “Advance Instalment Gold Conversion Purchase Plan” the gold weight is fixed on the basis of gold rate on the day of advance paid will be applicable.
12. Gold ornaments can be purchased after completion of the 11 months 334 days.
13. Terms and Conditions can be altered, amended, added or deleted as per prevailing rules of State and Central Government and the Management decision is final.
14. Disputes if any shall be subject to the Vijayawada jurisdiction only
15. The member should bring a valid photo 1.D. Proof at the time of joining of the plan OR He/she can join through our mobile application
16. Gold Ornaments Purchased under plan cannot be exchanged.
17. Advance Instalment Gold Conversion Purchase Plan cannot be changed until ongoing showroom offers.

At the time of purchase of jewellery, the account holder has to personally come and should produce a valid photo identity proof and PAN Card, if required under applicable law, and effect the redemption of the instalments paid towards purchase of jewellery. The Company reserves the right to satisfy the identity of the Customer in any manner it deems fit
The Customer may appoint a nominee at the time of enrolment upon submission of relevant documentation. In the event of death of the account holder, the amount is transferable by the Company only to the person(s) whose nomination has been filled by the account holder in the Enrolment Form at the time of opening the account subject to such nominee producing identity and address proof. In case the account holder does not nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the account holder will not be entertained unless such person being a legal heir/duly authorised person claiming the benefits under the Plan,
